There needs to be an option to remove devices to clean up the portal device list. We have devices not reported for 200+ days but the physical systems have been decommissioned so that is expected.
It would also be useful to have this process automated so you could select a time period to auto remove devices not seen for X days1 vote
Some users are used to sending alerts for staff accounts to the headteacher, and students to the DSL.3 votes
