Real World SSL Certificate Support for 802.1x

There should a way of supporting a real world SSL Certificate within 802.1x.
This is already possible in FreeRADIUS and has been requested by a number of customers who have been early adopters of our 802.1x functionality

I dont get why if I've already gone through the effort of adding an intermediate CA on this box so it can self issue certificates for MITM SSL filtering it doesnt use this to generate its 802.1x certificate. This seems like a massive oversight.
The simple solution would be to allow us to assign a certificate like we can for all the other box certificates in the certificate section. That would make sense right?

1+ for this. It would help solve the issues on windows 7 that currently requires a tech to install the root CA cert from the smoothwall. We should be able to install a cert and key file via the web interface to change the 802.1x cert generated on smoothwall. It will help is make the process of joining the SSID easier for users.
