Safeguarding report user access level
We need an option to only allow a group to report on a specific group.
For example, Staff should only be able to report on students, not each other and Admins.
This is true for both the new Safeguarding section, and the traditional reports. The alert email also contains information above the level of the group receiving the email.

Agreed, please change this. We have a portal including the Safeguarding Report ready to roll out to our DSL, but cannot do so until this is fixed. Our DSL should NOT have the ability to run it against staff. That's something only the Head would authorise (e.g. in the event of a serious HR issue) and would specifically request us to do as Admins via the normal Smoothwall back end.
I agree also. I recently raised this to Smoothwall UX Community and their response was that they had never had this suggestion raised to them. Great.

I agree with this and have requested myself. I have just given our Behaviour Team access to the Safeguarding reports but this also allows them to see all staff reports too. This is a potential Safeguarding issue as it means they can also see confidential information that our Safeguarding officer and headteacher have access - not appropriate!
